MODELLING AND SIMULATION OF THE SELECTION OF EXECUTIVE RESOURCES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DEDICATED LOGISTICS TASKS

In the era of a dynamically developing market in every field, growing costs and higher time requirements, many companies are looking for savings not only in terms of costs but also time. The desired effect should, however, not deteriorate the quality of a given product or service, but keep it at a similar or higher level. The aforementioned enterprises, striving to save money, use external resources with the assurance that a given action will bring benefits. The problems that go along with such an action proposing a solution are emphasized. The answer to the presented problems may be the creation of a computer program simulating the behaviour in a given environment for selected variables. The effect of using the aforementioned software is help in selecting the appropriate unit performing a given work in the scope selected by the company. The use of a computer simulator can be an effective answer to the search by many companies not only for savings, but also for the best quality task contractors, offering the user the possibility to enter many variables.
